The Biggest Time Wasting, Meaningless Emotions That Run Our Lives& Keep Us Blocked & Trapped In Our Mental Cloud

  • How much time am I wasting on feeling anxiety, overwhelm, fear, worry, doubt

  • How much energy am I putting into pushing down those feelings?
